1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure quality and safety. Due to the nature of loose leaf tea, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or partially used tea products (unless defective or damaged).

    • Gift cards or promotional items.

    • Bulk or custom orders (unless defective or damaged).

2. Reasons for Returns We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your tea arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise defective, we’ll provide a full refund or replacement.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we’ll send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

  • Not Satisfied: If you’re not happy with your unopened product, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 30 days of delivery, at the button below. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the unopened product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.

    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an unopened product for a different tea, contact us to arrange the exchange. We’ll cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.

  • If exchanging for a product of higher value, you’ll be responsible for the price difference.

6. Damaged or Defective Products If your tea arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
